What is the return policy?
Each Graftees shirt is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
If your order has a clear issue—like the wrong item, a misprint, or significant damage—just contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
We can’t offer returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or minor variations in print (which are normal in print-on-demand).
But your satisfaction matters.
Even if it’s not a defect, we’ll do our best to help—whether that’s a discount, replacement, or another solution. Reach out anytime. We’ve got your back.
Are any purchases final sale?

Since all our gear is custom and printed on demand, all sales are final. But if your order shows up misprinted, damaged, or just plain jacked up—we’ve got your back with a replacement or refund. No stress, no BS.
When will I get my order?
